Return and Refund Policy

We understand the importance of a satisfying shopping experience for our customers. In case you are dissatisfied with your order, we offer a fair return and refund policy. Please note the following information:


    Refund for missing products in stock: If for any reason we are unable to supply your entire order due to out of stock, we will refund the amount for the missing products. This refund will be made according to the original payment method used during the purchase.


    Damaged Products: We take every precaution to package and ship your products safely. However, if you receive a shipment with damaged contents, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We offer you two options:


has. Refund: We will refund you the full amount of the damaged products, including the original shipping costs.


b. Replacement: If preferred, we will be happy to replace damaged products with the same or similar items at no additional cost.


Additional conditions:


    To benefit from a refund or replacement, please keep the damaged products and the original packaging.


    Refund or replacement requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.


    Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for non-defective or undamaged products.
