Return and Refund Policy

We understand the importance of a satisfying shopping experience for our customers. In case you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a fair return and refund policy. Please take note of the following information:


  • Refund for missing products in stock: If for any reason we are unable to supply your entire order due to a stock shortage, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the missing products. This refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.


  • Damaged Products: We take every precaution to safely package and ship your products. However, if you receive a shipment with damaged contents, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We offer you two options:


a. Refund: We will refund you in full for the damaged products, including the original shipping costs.


b. Replacement: If you prefer, we will be happy to replace damaged products with the same or similar items at no additional cost.


Additional conditions:


  • To receive a refund or replacement, please keep the damaged products and the original packaging.


  • Requests for refund or replacement must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.


  • Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for non-defective or undamaged products.
