Goyo Aga canon droit Beris bit
The Goyo-Aga bit, mainly used in Iberian riding, has a fairly strong action because it is used with a curb chain and therefore puts pressure on the bars with a leverage effect. Used mainly on horses with a lot of impulsion natural. The Goyo Aga bit can be used in 3 ways:
Soft with the reins attached to the top notch, it is halfway between the effect of the olive bit and the baucher bit.
Severe, with the reins in the bottom notch, where the leverage action is greater.
Average, with the reins in the middle notch, where the leverage action is less than if you checkmate the rein at the bottom.
The curb chain, if it is tightened more or less, makes the bit more or less severe. The integrated oval washers prevent the corners of the lips from being pinched and offer the bit optimal framing.
Resin: Beris bits are made of resin, with a specially smooth surface which allows them to slide in the horse's mouth without the “gum” effect that traditional resin bits can cause. This material is so smooth and soft to the touch that it can even be considered for horses with difficulty salivating. This resin is made from a plastic material for food use. A real asset for obtaining chewing and good acceptance of the bit thanks to its soft contact and its ambient temperature.
> Handcrafted.
Warning: This material is vulnerable, it is not guaranteed by the manufacturer against wear and tear related to bites. It is strongly recommended not to use a bit that is too damaged as there is a risk of injuring the horse's bars, tongue and palate.
